How can I tell what size to purchase?
Please take the time to review our size and measurements chart as well as our product descriptions before ordering. You can also check out our size chart here If you are still unsure on sizing, please contact us on email@example.com before placing an order and we will do our best to help you!
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your order, so we will happily accept returned items in accordance with our Returns Policy outlined below. We pride ourselves on great customer service and will do everything we can to ensure your Arkadia experience is an awesome one! Whilst all care is taken in processing and filling your order we are still human and can make mistakes! So please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are less than 100% satisfied with any aspect of your order.
If you receive a faulty item (i.e. the garment has a defect), we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit or full refund. Please note: faults do not include differences in colour. Fabric and print colours may vary slightly from those viewed on a computer screen.
If you receive an incorrect garment (i.e., not the item you ordered), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Making a return
If your item is defective, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returns must be sent in their original condition, as originally received, unused and unworn, with original packaging to: My Arkadia, Po Box 623, Elanora, Qld, 4221. My Arkadia will replace the item with the same item originally ordered, provide a store credit or process a full refund once the item is received, at no cost to you.
What is your Returns Policy?
Should you wish to return any part of your order, please contact us at email@example.com indicating the reason for the return, within 4 days of receiving your order. We will not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
How do I exchange an order?
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your request and we will check stock availability. The garment must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition (including all tags & packaging). When exchanging garments, the customer will pay all freight charges. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel so we can send the new item to you. For items that cannot be replaced due to stock being unavailable, a credit for the amount paid for the original goods will be offered.
Can I order over the phone?
In order to give you better prices we only offer online ordering at this stage. If you're having a problem ordering online, please send us an email and we'll assist you.
Do you have a store?
No. We choose to be a 100% online company so that we can offer an online experience like no one else. If you're concerned about fit please read our size chart for the fit guides.
How do I cancel an order?
Please email us before your order ships and we'll cancel your order. Please note that orders ship fast so you'll need to be quick!
Please note that no orders will be shipped until full payment has cleared.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices and electronic transactions on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You can also pay by Bank Deposit/Net Transfer.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged by Paypal. This should appear on your statement within 24 hours.
Do you ship overseas?
We can ship our awesome garments to anywhere in the world! If you are outside Australia, please email us to place your order at email@example.com with the style name(s), colours and sizes you require. We will provide you with a custom shipping quote and confirm the total cost of your order. Payment can then be made by Paypal or Direct Deposit.
Has my order shipped?
We will send a confirmation email to you once your order has been dispatched. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment (as cleared funds) provided stock is available. If we have sold out of an item in your order, we will advise you immediately.
What are your shipping costs?
Delivery within Australia is FREE and all orders are shipped via ordinary post. Overseas orders will be custom quoted depending on the weight, destination and delivery method of the order.
What happens if it has been 7 business days since I placed my order and it hasn’t arrived?
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. However, please note My Arkadia do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to an incorrect details being provided during the order process.
When will I receive my order?
AUSTRALIA: All products will be sent via ordinary post. Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your location. WORLD: Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected postage method. We will provide an approximate delivery timeframe with your shipping quote once all details have been confirmed. Please note: International shipments may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance and are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Are there special washing instructions for the t-shirts?
Yes. The t-shirts are all 100% cotton and screen printed. You can hand or machine wash them, in warm or cold water. If you want to iron them, it must be on the reverse side, never iron directly onto the print. Do not tumble dry, dry clean or bleach these items.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can contact us at any time if you wish to unsubscribe from any further communication. Simply email us at email@example.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”.
How safe is my personal information?
Your personal details are very safe with us. My Arkadia are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Where are your products made?
All of our garments are ethically made and sourced from a variety of supplies in the U.S.A., Bangladesh and Australia. They are then designed, printed and tagged in Australia.
